Specialized engineering company, formed in 2001 for comprehensive solution of the issues related to pre-contractual operations supervision, construction, operation, modernization and decommissioning of foreign NPP power units. JSC ATEX is in possession of a required package of licenses and permits for its activities implementation both in the RF territory and abroad. JSC ATEX is staffed with well-trained specialists experienced in performance of nuclear power projects commissioning operations in the RF and abroad. In 2016 JSC ATEX integrated with JSC Rusatom Service which is at present the main stockowner and a managing company of the association. Within the structure of the joint with JSC Rusatom Service integrated technical-commercial proposals for construction and operation of NPP in the framework of SC Rosatom work flow chart, JSC ATEX proposes comprehensive support services rendering to operating companies in the course of foreign NPP power units commissioning, operation, modernization, operation lifetime extension. The Head office is situated in Moscow, activities abroad are carried out via directorates and representative offices.

OTEK was founded in 2013 as a ROSATOM division to manage its non-nuclear energy and utility assets. The strategic goals of the company aim at further improvement of the non-nuclear power plants’ economic performance, localization of wind turbines’ production, construction and operation of wind farms along with international marketing of the locally made wind turbines, which fully corresponds to the ROSATOM strategy to increase its share at the global market by offering new products in low-carbon energy segment. Today OTEK controls and operates five thermal power plants, 69 boiler plants and 13K kilometers of electrical network all over Russia. The main assets are thermal power plants in Dimitrovgrad, Krasnokamensk, Novouralsk, Glazov and Seversk. In 2016 VetroSGC was transferred under governance and management of OTEK. VetroSGC is a winner of a competition for construction of 26 wind energy objects with total capacity of 610MW. The technological partner of OTEK is a Dutch company Lagerwey, which has almost 40 years of experience in development and production of wind turbines.

The company has been established by Atomenergoprom. JSC Rusatom Healthcare incorporates JSC V/O Isotope, JSC NIITFA, JSC L. Ya. Karpov NIFKhI, JSC Rusreactor and two centers for production of fluorine-based ultra-short-lived radionuclides for PET-diagnostics. It is the integrator of other ROSATOM’s companies which release products based on medical and industrial radiation technologies. JSC Rusatom Healthcare implements projects in two areas: nuclear medicine and innovative product processing technologies.
